ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES AND SWIM FEES
Annual membership fees are payable by all members of the Club, and are due in the first week of January or on joining. This includes registration with the ASA (National, Regional & County), including very comprehensive insurance cover.
Fees are paid in blocks (3 x 5 weeks; 3 x 10 weeks, 1 x 5 weeks = 7 blocks) and may be subject to change from time to time, although we hope that the fees set for January in each year will take into account any other increases which may become payable by the Club.
PLEASE ENSURE THAT FEES ARE PAID ON TIME AS YOUR CHILD MAY BE REFUSED ENTRY IF THEY ARE NOT.
N.B. There may be some changes due to teacher/helper holidays and/or training during 2016 – these are not known at the time of publishing this notice. If this happens, you will be informed via the Club website, Facebook and/or noticeboard. We will always endeavour to contact one person from the membership details previously notified to the Club – please remember to keep us updated of any changes – but this is not always possible.
N.B. AGE GROUPS:
Juniors: 4 – 16 years inclusive;
Seniors: 16 – 60 inclusive;
Senior Citizens: 61 and above
A JUNIOR MEMBER may continue to swim in the Junior session (and pay the Junior session fee) until the end of the calendar year in which his/her 16th birthday falls, after which he/she must transfer to the Senior session.
A SENIOR MEMBER will continue to pay the Senior session fee until the end of the calendar year in which his/her 6oth birthday falls, after which he/she shall pay the Senior Citizen session fee.
N.B. Concession: Normally, all sessions have to be paid for in full, whether or not the member attends, as our expenses remain the same. However, as a special concession, we allow 2 weeks previously notified holidays at half-price per year – this applies to all categories and ages.
